Health Care Benefits: After 3 months of service, Savid has a Health plan that includes short-term and long-term disability, dental, vision, and health. Healthcare is provided by Blue Cross BlueShield of Illinois.

401K Plan: After 6 (six) months of service an employee is eligible for 401K benefits through Fidelity Investments.  Savid contributes 100% of the first 3% employee deferral and 50% of the next 2% employee deferral. Savid offers a traditional 401k savings plan as well as a Roth savings plan.  Employee is automatically 100% vested.  There is no wait time.

Vacation and Personal Emergency Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) is available to eligible employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation and personal pursuits. Regular, full-time (both exempt and non-exempt) are eligible for 136 hours per calendar year. 8 hours is equivalent to 1 day. PTO is accrued on the first work day of each month. The accrual rate is based on 136 hours per year, accrued at a rate of 5.24 hours per pay period. Your PTO accrual and usage will be tracked through the Payroll system.

This equates to 2(two) weeks per year, 5 (five) sick days, and 2 (two) floating holidays (e.g 17 days total) in addition to the 9 (nine) Company Holidays Savid Offers.

Car/Phone/Travel Expenses: Normal and reasonable expenses will be reimbursed on a monthly basis per company policy.  No expenses past 60 days will be reimbursed.
